  Basically 5% under $1000 and 10% over.

    Also "This code cannot be used in conjunction with any other eBay offer, coupon or voucher", the current code PLUSSAVE already gives 10% off so this thing is useless. OP Please add it to the description if you see this

  The only item in my cart of 14 which was applicable was a crappy rug which I didn't even end up buying. It's not a deal I'd strategise your purchases over. Very touch and go
