    2.39% owner occupied Variable
    offset or Redraw ?

    • Basic has Free redraw, no annual/monthly fees. Offset must be under package $350 annual fee.

  • Hi , I have a studio apartment which is 25m2 as an investment.

Its under CBA but not many banks lend to smaller sized apartments.

I am already a citibank customer, what are the chances getting it refinanced under Citibank?

  • +1

Citi and most banks can't do under 40sqm. Only CBA can

    • bugger, thought i'd try my luck. all good thanks

  • +2

2.19 variable with $3k cashback with Westpac much better value.

    • I have seen them advertise 2.29 for two years. Did you get 2.19 through a broker? is that a discount for two years

      • +1

2.19 if lvr is 70% or less.

    • You are referring to the 2.29% Flexi First product? This is a 2 year honeymoon rate. We offer that product too with our broker rebate on top. But it's not always recommended as after 2 years the rate jumps much higher and in case you have a drop in income/lose your job, you will not be able to refinance.

      • It would jump to 2.79% after two years I would still assume I will be able to refinance but 2.79% isn't that bad so it seems worth the risk

  • 2.09 for 3 years fixed is a good rate , but what about upfront cost ?

    • One off application fee of $399. No application fee if Package $350 annual fee.

  • OMG, I am paying 4.49% with NAB just because I am an overseas customer. Any idea I can get this offer?

    • Citi does not do TR but others do, please DM me.

Its a pain dealing with Citibank.

I was forced to post a letter written on blank page (with no format/template) on my postage expense to Citibank for a simple change of personal details like phone number as they dont have a facility/process to change it over phone and they dont have a branch in Australia to deal with such matters

    Never again

    • Agreed, dad changed his mobile number so he couldn't get his OTP, called and confirmed all his details only to be told his only option was to write a letter stating a whole bunch of stuff.

  • Did you try to update online in internet banking or visit a branch in the city CBD?

  • Would these rates be available for vacant land? Im currently paying 3.44% for on a vacant block that i intent to build on in the a year or two

  • +7

No annual fee, $8 monthly fee….. LOL

  • Can you provide a rundown of P&I Investor rates available currently?

    • +1

Lowest investor variable P&I with no annual fee are from 2.59% Citibank or Macquarie 2.69%

Just want to give a vouch for Len and Bundle Home Loans.

Completed a refinance with them earlier this year. Took its time (ANZ was slow and COVID made things complicated) but it all worked out in end - received rebate, everything transferred over etc.

    • Thanks DingoBilly for your patience during the process!

  • Holy crap! $8 per month fee!

  • What's the minimum loan size?
