Actually it's a terrible deal. Save $40 for no local warranty I don't think so. Plus company very questionable dealing with warranty claims.

This should really be assumed with any seller that drop ships or ships out of China. Banggood, AliExpress, DealsXtreme, Kogan, etc, etc
Total convert to local purchases. Two Motorolas malfunctioned in the last 6 months (says alot about Motorolas probably) though express couriered for repair within a week. Worth the price premium if the alternative is losing $300 plus once or twice

Any grey importer is only worth the gamble if the discount is significant. Which in this case, it certainly is not.
Maybe if it was $100+ cheaper than buying directly from Google then it would be worth it. Try again TobyDeals!

Only if you get lucky! Unlikely as they have been trained to check for grey imports now.
