The specifications of this laptop is a Ryzen+ based Athlon 3020E(Dual core).
4GB is soldered, but RAM is expandable to 12GB with a spare SO-DIMM slot
Supports two SSD. One 7mm SATA and one M.2
Screen is a HD 220 nits TN panel

Probably a decent spare laptop for yourself or the kids that is expandable.

  Sure it's cheap, but Windows 10 on a 14-inch 720p display with 4GB of RAM isn't going to be a particularly pleasant experience.

    Yes but it's got a spare SO-DIMM slot so RAM can be upgraded to 8 or 12GB, if you use a 4GB or 8GB laptop DIMM. The other benefit, as mentioned, is that there is room for two SSDs.
