I recommend going for the 60 servings options as it has more value. Discount can be seen at checkout.

looking for a pre-workout - what do you use instead?
I would recommend looking at Pre-Kaged.
That is one expensive pre workout. Is it even available in Aus?
I'm out of the loop with pre workouts, I usually just drink some beta alanine before my session and it seems to do the trick. If I feel like I need something extra I have a tub of redcon total war. I have a high stim tolerance so I don't really get a buzz from anything anymore. I find this shines towards the end of my workout where I just feel like it's impossible to fatigue and I can workout forever lol.
@johnnytran: No, they ship directly though. After discount, I think I ended up paying ~$55 a tub (30 serves). Which is expensive compared to your supermarket grade pre, but not too outside the norms for the less casual end of the range.
Total War is pretty decent, bit heavy on the caffeine for me since I work out at night.
Do you think L-Norvaline is dangerous? UTS study found it killed brain cells in vitro but I really don't know.
I mistook it as explosive by only looking at the packaging.
for whatever reason this gives me good focus on the gym. I always buy at costco for 42$ for 2x 30 servings. I've tried lit, oxyshred, hydroxycut, mothersh*it and only this one works for me.
47.99 for me with prime
Applies to flavours directly sold by Amazon AU, eg Berry Bomb
thanks bought2 this is the only pre workout works for me. it really boost my training results with my fasting plan
Thanks.
Berry bomb 60 for $52.95. Applied subscription for extra 10% off and it still stacked with prime 25% promo offer… $34.41 final price.
I've tried a lot of pre workouts, there are better ones out there for example, ENGN Shred was one of the best I used.
However, this is the one I continuously go back to - its solid, helps a lot and is the best value for money, I never pay over $40 for 60 servings, the ones that are slightly better are almost double the cost (especially in AU) but only marginally better performance wise this will not dissapoint.thanks for the comments when you normally take it
I usually take it first thing in the morning as I am leaving for the gym 5.30-6am
I do not take it if I have the occasional evening gym session as I find it makes me sleep really badly.
I've taken it in the evening regularly before and usually get over the poor sleep after a week of regular use, I don't have any other caffeine in my diet so I think I am sensitive to it! ZMA can help with this.thanks really appreciated your inputs
Is this eligible for cashback?
