  Need to purchase remote control separately or you will not be able to adjust fan speed!

  Dont buy a celing unit without a remote. Keep well clear of them !!!
  Spend a little extra and get a remote unit otherwise you need to run extra control wires. Not worth it.

  A fan with a remote is essentially a plug and play affair into an existing light fixture.
