  Beware the app needs every permission under the sun inc system settings, and the scale isnt compatible with openscale

    It doesn't NEED any permissions, it functions perfectly with them all rejected/turned off.

    The permissions:

    • Storage: for Excel data export file
    • Camera: option to take a profile photo, can leave it off
    • Location: don't know, leave it turned off
    • System: access for bluetooth auto disconnect/reconnect when it detects issues. leave it turned off and do it manually if there are issues.

      Location would be wifi/Bluetooth related I'm guessing. Lots of apps request it because you can use network information to get approximate location info. Probably isn't actually using your location, but you never know.
