These are a highly rated pair of gloves for a really good price, at least $100 bucks less than anywhere else that I could find them.
Listed as ~$320 on the Asia Venum website and $350+ on Amazon.

Kind of depends on what you want the gloves for - Muay thai/kickboxing gloves are looser on the wrist so that you have a little more wrist flexibility to catch kicks, clinch, etc. So I wouldn't want to use Muay thai gloves to hit a heavy bag, because you have much less wrist support.
Personal preference and budget dependant, i guess.

Venum is terrible brand. A bit like a Repco bicycle.
…For $240 I'd want the gloves to fight for me. I prefer Thai gloves so I'll stick with my Twins and Fairtex at half the price
