Rumors saying retiring this year?
Nah, maybe next year…
Till it is re-released in 2022
$831 seems to have been the cheapest.
It hasn't sold for that price in over a year and it hasn't sold for under $1,000 dollars this year.
Reseller markets like eBay have noticeably inflated prices for the 75192 Falcon, with prices for brand-new, sealed examples starting at around $1,500 AUD.
This is most certainly a good deal as of now and not paying RRP always qualifies as a bargain.
Yeah, but that's just like someone selling ooshies for $10,000. No one is gonna buy a RRP $1299 set for $1500 when it's not retired.

IF they can find stock for cheaper, which isn't happening that frequently. The 75192 Falcon has been getting much harder to find on sale since the start of this year (only three deals posted on OzBargain this year, including this one) and Lego's production output is not what it normally is due to pandemic-related constraints; plenty of people have been buying this set for above RRP in recent months because their predictions of further discounts never came to fruition and they realise it could likely be retired soon since it's been in production for nearly 3 years. I was saying as much last year when those all-time record low deals were posted; it was never going to drop below $831 AUD and stock was going to be increasingly harder to come by.
Sure it's cheaper on BrickLink but compared to eBay, BrickLink has a much bigger problem with scammers.
@Miami Mall Alien: Agree , Ebay some of the highest sold prices are from $1500 to nearly $1800 lol .
I'd say not the best investment .@popsiee: Thanks for your detail reply. But hardly believeable. Remember Oztralia is currently in a recession. Unless these eBay buyers are from super rich Qatar or Chiiina.

Not really. If you followed the Lego resale market you'd know AFOLs paying $1,500 for a flagship set is nothing out of the ordinary. There's sets that go for 5-8 times that price on the resale market.
Lego deals have never been more popular or in demand on OzBargain, regardless of the recession.
I've bought this about an hour ago and my purchase is under review. It's been out of stock every where for nearly 2 months so not sure how many boxes Target have. Anyway you can still buy one now. Fingers crossed it doesn't get cancelled.
Been a week and it still hasn't shipped…..
Have you got it now?
No. Not only that live chat cannot give me any information on the order either. I don't really know what to do.
@timbertron: Same page mate. Will update you if my ones moving
@qzcbmo: Someone in another thread who bought the Falcon had it cancelled last week. Target are hopeless.
@timbertron: Order just got cancelled. Target are hopeless!
@timbertron: tell me about it
Ordered one. I'd advise doing store pickup to try and avoid shipping damage
Just one?
My opinion is for online only it will be shipped from warehouse to store anyway. Really depends how staff members treat the boxIt gets shipped in its own cardboard (outer) lego box and normally sealed (like my Taj, Bugatti, TRex,) they only really seal separately if its shipped in bulk packaging.
in my experience, target has been MUCH better than Myer with box handling
I'd advise doing store pickup to try and avoid shipping damage
Definitely good advice. The box itself is quite epic.
Did you get it by now mate? Still in progress for me
Don't forget the $10 discount on sign up for newsletter
BigW had them same price and sold out .
dont think it was in stock
$831 seems to have been the cheapest. Suppose if you must have it not any options. At one stage earlier in the year Myer were off loading heaps.
