Got my stainless steel tipped ones today. I had the same experience with good guys telling me it's out of stock 2 wks ago and no ETA but got the invoice/dispatch notification last week. Bit annoying that they don't message you about it, especially since eBay had ETA of 1 wk
My order was shipped on the 15th of September but I only just received them today due to delays with Auspost. I purchased 2 pairs, they sent me 1 nylon tipped and 1 stainless steel which works out in my favour as I now have an option for cooking on non-stick pots/pans.
Mine finally arrived - I had ordered through their main website, not eBay.
It was the stainless steel tips, which I am more than happy about - got what I ordered.
Just over SIX weeks after ordering, and it came from the local store just down the road.
Still waiting for mine and no response from enquiries to Good Guys. Pathetic…

I rang my local store and cancelled the order. That has been the only efficient part of the whole process.
Got mine delivered. They delivered nylon tip instead of steel. Contacted good guys. They sent a connote to send it back for refund.
