ALLIANCE SUNPOWER COVID-19 update.

Installations will commence after Victoria's Stage 4 lockdown.

Alliance SunPower will pay your electricity bill of the 8 weeks of lockdown period in VIC when you install a 6.6KW Solar System. Electricity bills will be emailed to us and we will calculate based on your daily charge plus your usage x your peak and off-peak rate. Alliance SunPower will be working closely with government bodies and agencies to make sure that we abide by all and any protocols that are deemed necessary. All of our office staff, operations specialists, and installation teams are subject to stringent health checks. Installations in Metro Melbourne regions are subject to Stage 4 restrictions while Regional Victoria is subject to Stage 3 restrictions.

METRO Melbourne

During this period solar installations will be delayed pending updates from the Government, at this Stage 4 is for 8 weeks in total ending mid-September. There are instances that installations can go ahead such as:
Where critical repairs are required in an emergency or for safety reasons;
Unoccupied residential premises such as new buildings or renovations where the premises are fully vacated.
We will contact all customers closer to easing restrictions to organize installations in a smooth and efficient manner.

The State Government has advised the Solar Industry for residential installations cannot proceed under the Stage 4 Lockdown. Please see the link below for further information.

We understand this is a significant delay however we are all in this together and we hope that the lockdown is eased before the expected date. We will book installation closer to the end of the lockdown and provide sufficient notice.

Terms and Conditions

• Rebate for electricity charges are only valid for usage between 2nd August 2020 to 27th September 2020
• Valid for customers who purchase a standard system between 17th August 2020 to 27th September 2020.
• Alliance SunPower will provide the payment for the electricity in the form of a cash deposit to the customer's nominated bank account.
• Alliance SunPower electricity rebate will be capped to $400.00 to cover electricity costs incurred in the above-mentioned period.
• Valid only for new installations in Melbourne Metro.
• Valid for Single storey tin/tile roofs and single-phase power.
• Additional charges for a double storey, three-phase, etc.
• Alliance SunPower rebate will cover electricity costs incurred on the property that the solar system is installed on.
• Electricity bill customer details and supply address must match the installation address of the purchased solar system.
• System Price includes STC Rebate and Solar Victoria rebate.
• Offer Expires on the 17th of September 2020
• Please note due to current lock-down conditions solar installations will commence after the Stage 4 lock-down ends as per State Government Guidelines.
• To redeem the cash deposit the customer must email the bill for the promotion period to [email protected] along with Bank Details for the nominated account.
• Payments will be made after eligibility criteria have been validated and the system has been installed.
• Must meet the eligibility criteria.
