Was keen on previous Nifilsk 2 in 1 that was posted here: http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/55758
But was turned off it by the $10 shipping cost.

I think the ORP of this was $229 and current RRP is $179
Cheapest I found was $119pp at Powerbuys.com.au

Can't find any reviews. Anyone share their experience?
Will be going for a test drive regardless. Halloween wasn't so long ago so am hoping that the skies aren't too congested.

Stick Vacuum: RHSV1P was $179, now $99
Cyclonic Vacuum: RHF202P w/ Bonus filter pack was $199.95, now $99
Iron: RHC901 was $79, now $39

  • How long can the battery last?

Thanks for the post although the stick wasn't what I was after, I'm after a Vacuum cleaner and found one thanks to you!

sidenote recommendation - I recently purchased Kogan's vacuum cleaner - around $95 after delivery charges - the thing is a beast!

    • had a look at it, it looks good!

did you get the $79 one?

  • These are cheaper at Big W I believe, and they're just different colours but essentially the same features.

    • Abode =/= Russell Hobbs

    • Saw it but it mentions that it comes with 5m cord and specs say it is mains powered. Is it even cordless?

Not very portable lest you had an ext. cable. Again more hassle than it is worth if you want portability.

Maybe specs are wrong? Kinda wierd using a handheld vac that was mains powered?

  • Good find, I might go buy this, I too was tempted by the BIGW deal.

From what i've read of the product manual, it has a 2 year waranty and a motorised head for the carpet cleaner!

    Nice!

  • Just had a look at the stick vacuum.
Must admit that I'm now tempted to neg my own post.

Build quality and feel is pretty cheap compared to other brands at same RRP.
Kinda wishing I bought the Nifilsk now.
Although it does have a nice fold awy feature I would recommend all to stay away from it.

That being said, I found the Electrolux Ergo base model (not the plus) is at Harvey Normans for $148. RRP $229

The Electrolux Ergo Plus model has an RRP of $299. Currently at Myer for $269

  • So many companies are coming out with vacuum cleaners like this. I have the Samsung Navibot and it does a decent job, would not replace your vacuum cleaner though. The only thing is vacuums like this can't run over certain rugs or cords because they get tangled up and need to be helped. I've seen another brand at Costco (not sure what price) but ive seen this other brand in The Good Guys and Bing Lee for half the price. I paid around $550 for my Navibot, if I had a choice I wouldn't buy it again and spend the $ on a Dyson or Miele.
