        You have to stay connected for 60 days to claim $20 back.

        "60 days" is not hard to met as it can be usually activated on the 180 days expiry plan.

        Alternatively, leave it expired without recharge, but acitve to 60 days easily with the 28 days plan.

        It is mostly likely to be a mistake on CR, similar to a deal I posted not long ago.
