Looks like incredibly cheap for that capability. Maybe wait a little bit until they become a bit more established… ie. more than one firmware update.
I had a 3 pack MW6 for 6 months and just swapped it out for a Deco M5 3 pack and it has been a big improvement. Coverage is similar but the Deco holds speed much better and I don't get the random speed drops I did with the MW6.
I'm a 2 storey 2 bedroom with all solid brick walls.
Anyone else have experience moving from tenda to the deco i am thinking of doing the same. The mw6 was easy to setup and has been stable connection wise
but the app is not accurate re download and uploads. Just wondering if i can sqeeze more with the speed.
Can it be used with MW3 as well?
Yes you can run them in combination with the MW3's. I recommend that you setup one of the MW6's as the primary node, that way your connected devices won't be bottlenecked to the 100Mbit Ethernet port of MW3.
