Haha I feel like Im one of the 4Gb users. A few months ago, I renewed my contract on $29 cap and 1 day, just 1 day later, 3 released a new deal, $29 cap with $10 credit :(
Great deal unless your like me and live outside 3's 3G network. Also not a fan of their telstra gsm (excess charges) data roaming policy though I completely understand why its in place.

Yeah and I believe (could be wrong) you can't lock it to "3G only" mode and force it not to roam, so if your not in the heart of the CBD somewhere its a bit of a risk. Personally I wouldn't take the chance and opt for Vodafone instead but thats just me, I'm not in the 3G area anyway.
Yeah I think some mobile can be set to operate in 3G mode only. My phone is set in Roaming mode all the time (save battery and I dont need 3G)
Nice offer! I am sure their $49/month 4GB users will not be very happy about it :)
