  My guess is no. The coupon code is entered in the cart before you proceed to the checkout, which is where you enter your your flybuys number. Would need to confirm this with customer service.
  
  (I assume you're asking for future reference as there is no current coupon code for Liquorland.)

      That's tricky. I would guess yes based on the fact that for non-flybuys deals (e.g. free delivery), if you use it and it brings the cart total below the threshold then you still get the deal.
