Hi. First post. I have been keeping an eye for a a beach trolley. One I can use to move kids toys, fishing gears, etc. This one has a good review and it is on sale so i thought it would be good to share.

  • I've grabbed one of these on a previous deal. So handy to have

Not directly comparable because of the load capacity.
But you can choose depending on your needs.

      Kmart:
      Dimensions/Size:
      Storage section: 28cm (H) x 44cm (W) x 74cm (D)
      Multipurpose cart: 80cm (H) x 52cm (W) x 56cm (D)
      Maximum weight capacity: 50kg

      BCF:
      OPEN DIMENSIONS (CM): L90 x W50 x H57
      PACKED DIMENSIONS (CM): L52 x W18.5x H68
      WEIGHT CAPACITY (KG): 100

I have both the Kmart & Bcf wanderer beach trolleys. The wanderer cart is much better for beach surfaces because of the larger width wheels IMHO

      • particularly on sand

      • I wouldn't want to be lugging up to 100kg of stuff through sand though. Up to 50kg at half price from Kmart sound more reasonable and affordable. Depends on your needs I guess, but who is lugging 100kg at the beach unless you are in the Mafia.
I think I have the Super cheap version. Bought it for something like $40 or $50 on sale. Holds up to 80kg

How on earth is this worth 100

like the gaming chairs are worth $1000's

Had mine for a few months now and pretty happy with it. Tracks well on sand and gravel during our picnics with the kids and is a good size. A word of caution that it is quite big even when it folds down and stored in the car, I've found taking off the wheels is a better option for me as they are quite bulky. Bought mine for $100 at BCF. If you have the Suncorp app, you can purchase BCF gift cards at a 9% discount.

are the back wheels on it turn around like front ones or they are fixed ?

      • +1

Hi, only the front wheels turn and not the back wheels. You need to check the wheel metal connectors as 2 are square and 2 are round, as they indicate either for front or rear. Having said that, it still pulls and steers relatively well.

  • Does anyone know how it compares to Anaconda's $99?

They all have 12 month warranty at least. It's called Australian Consumer Law.

      • Anyone can compare the dimensions published online, but how do they compare in real life? As in: has anyone used them both? Are they built with the same quality? Do they have the same quality fabric, or is one better? Is one of them easier/harder to use?

By the way, the published height in Anaconda's clearly includes the height of the pole, while BCF does not, so not fully comparable

    • Not sure how these track on sand…

    • Those are better if you plan to use them in the garden, but none of them will fold up like the BCF one does so for picnics/days at the beach this one might be better

  • I am being charged $14.99 standard delivery….metro area.

    • Yep, confirmed it is considered a bulky item so does not qualify for free delivery.

  • Combine this with the $20 free e-gift card and you essentially get it for $89.99 (must purchase in store to use 2 gift cards) https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/562887
