      NVIDIA's announcement will be on the 2nd of September for us (1st sept for US 9am Pacific time). They sent out a mass email yesterday to everyone with an NVIDIA account.

  I paid $840 for this during ebay sale a few weeks back. Any dollar saved is great and would rather pay less, but it meant that I had it earlier and could enjoy the improvement over the past few weeks. It replaced my 1660ti and mainly used for VR racing.

    I could be wrong but from the box pics and specs looks to be just a regular 2070 not Super version.

      Thanks, you may be right, I am new to Graphic cards and was reading reviews and educating myself yesterday so if you see a difference then most probably they are different :)
