it is quite highly priced on steam which makes this an awesome deal. But, I remember this was an old game. am I wrong or is this a re-make?

Really good game, new dlc is coming out on the 10th of August which will be the last new content.

i think it is quite normal, steam, gog, humble bundle also give away free games. almost no need to pay for a game these days.
