  Can't find any data on waterproof/windproof rating. In my opinion its 10k min or not worth it. If you want to buy this for hiking or general outdoor activities its probably great but I wouldn't wear it on the slopes.

  description says it was designed to be worn under an outer layer jacket or on its own for spring skiing. This is obviously a mid-layer for wearing under your outer shell.
