Picked this up a couple months ago free on PSN, so not too concerned with the base game price. But I have been on the lookout to purchase some of the add-ons and not end up paying over ~$100 plus.

I'll definitely be getting 'Industries' ($11.47) and likely 'Mass Transit' ($9.72). It's such an excellent game to relax to, until you start thinking about traffic issues when trying to get to sleep.
