WinX MediaTrans is an excellent iPhone/iPad manager tool that I use regularly to transfer music, videos, podcasts, ebooks/PDFs, photos and voice memos to/from my PC, all in an easy to use interface. The latest 7.0 version has just been released and Digiarty are now offering a Giveaway license of this software for PC for the first time since January, for a limited time.
