    Realistically, is there any difference between this stuff and the plain old epsom salts you get at Woolies / Chemist Warehouse, etc.

    Try going to your local Ag Shop and buy magnesium sulphate, can buy a 25 kg bag and punch a few reps on the way back to the car. Also cheaper
