Really good price for what you get. My local store puts too much salt in their gravy.
Can you get this without the gravy?
I used to work at Reddies about 7 years ago… Not sure if it's still the same now, but used to be a pre-made powder bag you just add boiling water to, to make gravy. Nothing else is added… Maybe they put too much salt in the pre-mixed powder?
RR gravy is actually pretty salty compared to KFC. If they put a bit too much salt on the chips and then drown them in gravy I can see how this feed would be salt heavy.

Is this Coca-Cola's way of clearing stock? Oportos were doing something similar and forcing No Sugar as the bundled drink.

We've never gotten so many complaints. Every two minutes, "Where is the top of this muffin? Who ate the rest of this?"

.. but you can upgrade to any larger drink of choice. $1 I think.No sugar is the best diet coke they've made so far. I enjoy it more than normal coke, its less sweet. But the Macca's frozen coke Zero is (profanity) sweet.
I don't like the aftertaste of any of the diet/no sugar variants.
Got one. Probably not again. Looks like they are just heating pre packaged packs (which is a mix of chips, chicken and gravy). Definitely not a quarter of a chicken (more like one tench). Unless you like to eat lots of chips pre-mixed with gravy I wouldn't recommend it. Not even for $5.
I suppose it depends on the store. Mine were freshly cooked crispy hot chips. With chicken ( lots of it ) layered , then gravy poured over. Definitely not pre-made.

Mine was ready for me when I got to the window at the drive thru and I was the only car there. Some prepackage it.
These packs are just what they drop on the floor and scoop into boxes..

Got this about an hour go just to get rid of this $5 voucher I was sent and it expires today (I think I got it due to inactivity on my account). Got it without the chicken because I'm vegetarian and I didn't fancy the gravy so they just put it in a large chips box and got the drink too. Best of all, was all free!

Was gonna post this deal as it's quite good. Brought on today for lunch. Decent serve of roast chicken, chips and gravy in a foil container. Also if you're thirsty, you can upgrade to the 375ml can for $1 more.

I spat it out and never ate at red rooster again. The store was closed down and there is a Hungry Jacks there now.

These are great, packing is weird though, sometimes you get a big black plastic box. Fresh chips chicken on top with gravy over, never gotten it all mixed together like others have said, but that sounds kinda shit
I got one today and it came in the foil that a Classic Roast would normally come in.
Overall it was not bad. Lots of chips, lots of gravy, but not a lot of chicken.
Had this today with a garlic bread excellent meal if you're on the Go

Red Rooster do good loaded chips, not good for you at all but tastes bloody good.
First and last time getting this. Very salty, barely any protein, soggier than a Sao.
Just got one. I think it’s their best lunch deal. There was about a quarter chicken worth on the delicious and huge serving of fresh chips ( and the gravy was good). Maybe my local is generous with the chicken?
