    Just be careful with these guys - they posted out a completely different item to what I'd ordered during the last sale then didn't respond to my emails :/

      Declan, I'm sorry if something went wrong with your order, but this is the absolute first I'm hearing of it. We are a legitimate business, we serve thousands of customers every year, and the vast majority are super happy with our service.

      Of course mistakes can get made with picking stock, but obviously these are very rare or we wouldn't have a business. And we certainly wouldn't do it on purpose. As for the "never responded to emails (plural), that is most unusual. Again, of course everyone can miss an email on rare occasions, but we make a point of answering all emails and the suggestion that you had sent emails (more than one) and hadn't been responded to is quite strange as that's just not who we are as a business.

      While I understand that you are just expressing your experience which clearly sounds like wasn't a good one, it's disappointing that you have decided to derail our post by making out we are dodgy, when a look at any of our previous posts on here will show dozens of happy customers saying that we are legit.

    I can share a good experience I had. But not related to postage. So can't comment on that.

    Bought products for click n collect mistaking Albury with Auburn. The shop kindly kept my product for 3+ months until I picked them up on my way to Melbourne.

    The shop is nice: Big, clean, ranges of products and friendly staff.
