    They never reply. Don't bother trying. I contacted them before and they never replied even after 2 weeks. Best to contact PayPal if it doesn't arrive

    Yeah feeling the same way. Shockingly non-existent customer service. I won't be ordering again at this rate. I can only imagine the pain of trying to claim warranty too.

  I have the same opinion about their poor service. My order of an "in stock" item has been stuck in status "processing" for two weeks and they have not responded to my query.
