Kogan RGB LED Gaming Keyboard & Mouse Pad (80 x 30cm) $19.99 + Delivery ($0 with First) @ Kogan

123

Was $59, ships in 1-2 days

Not sure how well the RGB works but $20 for a full keyboard/mouse pad seems like it might be worth the gamble

Edit: to clarify, this deal is for the pad only (designed to fit keyboard and mouse, hence potentially confusing name)

Keep in mind the LED strip is not addressable (ie only 1 colour at a time) despite the product images. I wasted my 14day kogan first trial getting the wireless charger version of this for the free postage, but alas! It did not match my ridiculously needless RGB gaming peripherals. Kogan gave refund without issue though.

    • how difficult was the return process?

      • uploaded a video showing the issue, offered replacement, then store credit, but ultimately got refund.

    • Funny that the pad I received got addressable LED strip… can't sync with motherboard though

      • i got the wireless charging pad attached version so may be different LED strip. I might try buying this one then! Can you see how many lighting zones it has? ie in scrolling mode how many colours can it display simultaneously?

Personally I think a QI charging area is more useful than RGB although it might cost more… I would spend the money for a 90*40 instead.

As above kogan "was" price is false. On ebay can find it regularly at ~25.

  • I have this, not bad at all for the price. Using it for few months.

    • Does yours have the same problem as TofuTaicho?

      • Not sure what he meant by that! I am looking at mine as I am writing this and color changing to one after another. That's on first press. As you keep pressing, you will find yourself in solid state of each color.

FYI, I had 14 days free trial and came across this, didn't mind even the whole $20 was down the drain but after getting it, pretty happy :)

        • The product images show there's more than one colour going around the edges. So it's misleading if it doesn't actually do that.

          • @CVonC: There is, I am looking at two different colors gradually changing to different ones

    • How's the texture of the mouse pad? Is it smooth or rough on your wrist? Does it lean toward speed or precision etc. I'm looking for an extended mouse pad, this one is currently $19 free ship, not sure how it worth it to go with expensive but known brand like razer gigantus, corsair mm350 etc.

  • why is everyone negged for showing that kogan is selling the same item $30 dearer?

  • Ships on 3rd Aug

  • seems expired, back to $59.99
