Renpho is pretty good and much cheaper $39 even cheaper on sale. I guess OP posted this is a deal to the brand itself tho.

RENPHO Bluetooth Body Fat Scale Smart BMI Scale Digital Bathroom Wireless Weight Scale, Body Composition Analyzer with Smartphone App 396 lbs - Black https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B01N1UX8RW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i…

    • Bluetooth and Wifi scales are not comparable.

Bluetooth requires app to open to Sync

Wifi does not require app to sync and my weight on my bonus / withings goes direct into a Google Sheet

      • I’m curious about how scale identifies users (if multiple users in a home) over wifi? Bluetooth people open their apps when weighting.

How does the Fitbit Aria 2 know who is on the scale?

Everyone who uses the Fitbit Aria 2 (if they want to see detailed information) will need to create a Fitbit account and sync it up with the Aria 2 the first time they weigh in. The Aria 2 then recognizes each individual based on weight — it displays the weight and then displays the inttials of the user.

If there are two or more people who are close in weight, then double-check the initials. If they're not correct, tap the Aria 2 until the correct initials are displayed and then it will sync properly with your personal Fitbit account.

          • @PissLUR: Thanks. I was thinking about weight differentials might be the case while typing. You just confirmed. Thanks. $100+ more for this wifi function, each to their own I guess.

Good product. Owned and used the Aria for years.

  • This is a lot to be stuck in the Fitbit ecosystem. Shame the fitness bands are so bad (Charge 3).

  • I already use Fitbit Charge 3, so its very convenient. But I wonder how this compares with the long time favourite, Withings Body – BMI Wi-Fi Scale, that's for $69?
