Tried a three-quarter pounder a few months ago. Not bad, but probably wouldn't be bother trialling the full pounder, let along a double pounder.
Can we stop posting these 7 days ahead? If I look on here to see if there's any deals before I go get food, I don't scroll a week back and I doubt many others do as well.

I usually go get food at 12pm and 7.30pm on weekdays and 7pm on weekends. If you people could post 5-10min before these times it would be great.
As with the $8 Mcchicken deal, it was posted on the top of the front page on the day that the offer is valid. Additionally, if you have the MyMaccas app installed, it would give you a reminder on the day itself, before lunch time.

I don't get the hype for the QP. Macca's patties are under seasoned and the QP has a higher beef to sauce ratio than a normal cheeseburger which dilutes the flavor.
It’s a giant hamburger with bigger chunks of onion on it, what’s not to like.
The quarter pounder is far superior to a cheeseburger which to be honest feels like eating nothing at all.
Yeh don't they use fresh beef patties in QP, surprisingly juicy compared to paper Big Mac/cheeseburger patties. Only sauce and lettuce cover it up in Big Mac.

Warning: Salad question
Anyone noticed most restaurants no longer allow you to swap the fries for salad? Their salad is actually pretty tasty and offsets the guilt slightly.
The first time I got this, the app let me do it. I kept the 2nd salad and turned it into tomorrows salmon salad lunch. Ever since then I can only get fries. I love the fries but watch what I eat these days so it's rare I'd get one of these deals anymore.
I had the choice between fries and salad when I ordered this deal today.
Must be my local chains that turned it off then.
Same thing happens with Sundaes, can't change between flavours most of the time.
You shouldn't be able to change the fries to a salad, in the same way the only drinks available are soft drink, and a cup of water.
Sundaes on the other hand should be able to be changed
