    I sent back a faulty item and they refunded me in full - including postage to the UK.

    Granted it was less than 28 days later but they now actually have a local Australian returns address which makes returns quicker and easier.

  Anyone know why the code is already saying it's expired when it's meant to be valid until 10am tomorrow?
