Kogan 27" QHD IPS 75hz FreeSync (2560x 1440) $299 + Delivery ($0 Kogan First) @ Kogan

220

$29 Cheaper than it previously was a month ago so I think this should be known to everyone looking for a cheap IPS monitor at 1440p.

Cons: •Silver bezel with large Kogan branding at the bottom bezel.
•Max brightness seems to be listed at 250cdm2. Unless you’re Batman, it might not be bright enough if you’re working in an environment with a lot of lights gazing at you.

    • Deal breaker?

    • For serious gamers? Absolutely a deal breaker. If regular workflows and the occasional movie is your jam, this monitor is more than capable.

    Is this vesa mountable ?

    • Yeah in the user manual, it says you need:

    No Samsung no deal

  • only wishing it'd be 32 inch

  • For a monitor with good resolution (higher than 1920x1080), that's under the ATO's $300 threshold for instant write-offs, how does this stack up as a low-end offline gaming and media streaming? I'm reading to hit 'buy'.

Edit: All good, already bought as I checked out some reviews on an old deal.

Sorry, for some reason didn't get a notification. Here it is if not too late: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/538310

Sidenote, amazing that one got nearly 100 upvotes, but now that it's even cheaper, it got far less?

        • there's like one good review in that deal.

I've bought a kogen TV in the past and the colour reproduction was rubbish.

if this was any other brand i'd buy it without thinking.

  • anyone know when a deal like the below would be back? I'm after a 2nd monitor :D
