    Existing NordVPN customers, what has been your experience using this? I've used ExpressVPN and thought the speeds were alright. Also, how long did it take for the cashback to be claimable in your account?

      ordered on the 6th of march; cashback was claimable on the 20th of may. transferred to my paypal; appeared in paypal on the 22nd of may.
      have only really used it for streaming; speeds seem ok but havent really looked into it

      I just had the NBN (ABB 100/40) become available, so I've been uploading to the cloud (US west coast (iDrive)) specifically. Weirdly, if I use the connection raw I get 1MBs, if I use the PIA VPN I get 2MBs, if I use Nord I get 3-4MBs (generally). So make of that what you will. Don't really use it for downloads so much, but the ping time is terrible when connected.

      I have 1Gbps down and get 250 down with nord vpn active. i was with surfshark which were great, i loved their UI… but i decided to refund because they dont have PTP servers located in Australia, so when i was torrenting i couldn't game at the same time, (ping would jump to 350) which was deal breaker for me. Nord has been okay so far.

    Just over one year into this deal when it came up in 2019. Its pretty good, easy to use and speeds are decent.
    Able to connect to foreign Netflix libraries easiy. No luck on Amazon Prime though.

    Not downvoting the OP. Just a note of warning for those considering taking up this offer for the cashback.. I had a tracking issue with Shopback a while ago on a First Choice Liquor deal SB were running (increased cashback rate of 25%). I missed out on approximately $65 cashback. I followed Shopback's instructions to the letter, having not had any issues tracking lesser value cashback claims prior with the same method. Anyhow..their support was lacking (sent me generic replies) and my claim was not resolved. I will not be using them again because of it.

    Bought last week with Cashrewards. Tracked pretty much straight away for AUD $167.71. Expected pay date 29/08/2020.

    Works for me on Netflix. Doesn't work on Prime as mentioned by someone else. Speed is inconsistent. I've had issues at times where it's been really slow or wouldn't load Netflix episodes, others where it was fine

    Bought this deal during last year black Friday and got the cash around January. $20 for 3 years is worth it, but I wouldn't recommend it for the expert VPN users, it's more aimed at casual users who just want to access things on an easy to use one click system. Understand that and it's a bargain.

        I think this issue needs to be addressed and a disclaimer placed on cashback deals until it is. A large number of users here on OzBargain have posted about issues relating to Shopback, and there would be many more outside of OzBargain with issues too I'd imagine.

        There should be some kind of guarantee on offers which claim to pay a sizable cashback as part of a promotion - where a purchaser follows the cashback instructions in good faith and is able to provide evidence that an order was placed through the store after clicking through Shopback. These inflated cashback offers generally influence an individual to make a purchase through the store taking part in the promotion, where the purchaser has the expectation that a cashback of $XYZ will be received post purchase.

        There have been many cases of failed cashbacks on OzBargain with Shopback. In my case I have not received any resolution from Shopback despite posting my issue on a number of their deal posts.
