    meh, these are permanently free aren't they? old codes from previous deals work as well, eg XMAS-2010

      :-) Thanks, I didn't know the old codes work. But at least still some discount on the other SW. I know there are better ones out there, but as I prefere to have SW legally and was just going to end my trial on Home Designer Pro it came at the right time. The Burning studio is also quite good (for the $10 I got it last time)

    Got this for HDD Control. Pretty good array of hdd tools (that you can get one by one for free anyway).

    I've used some of their software happily enough, however, I cannot abide the name "Ashampoo" it is the most annoying name for a software company.

    Would you buy a car called Ashampoo?
    Or clothes branded Ashampoo?

    No! Only shampoo! Even then - why?

    Honestly, I had to stop using their freeware because the name was… annoying. It could almost be a shareware model: buy our product, and we'll give you a version with a proper brand name.

    Imagine the AshampooBook Pro, or Triple Ashampoo Unearthed, or Ashampoo Cola Zero.

    It just sux bigtime.
