I recently bought the LG 32MP58 (32" monitor) on special, but it sits too low on my desk. Unfortunately the stand isn't adjustable and most mounts top off at 27" or 8kg.
The Titan stand works very well, is quite solid and allows me to adjust the height of my monitor instead of stacking it on a pile of books.
Delivery was two days from Brisbane to Airlie Beach. There's a few other interesting specials there as well.

this is good for people with desk sit against wall.
the other "arm type" will not good as you cant bring 2 monitors side touches each other if no spaces between your desk and wall behind it (the arm need to bends)
OP has a single monitor setup so adjustable arm should be fine as long as it is within his budget.
These look like fixed mounts. As in, you can set the height (out of 5 available) during install and hope you'll be happy with it every day. An adjustable arm would be ideal but it's difficult to get them for less than $99 for a 32" monitor.
