    • Amazon frequently has massive price drops on heaps of goods. But the catch is they're only for 30mins or so.

I had my eye on some binoculars which dropped 40% and I thought I'll get round to buying it after work.
      Nope.
20mins later it was up 20% and then 30mins later it was back to full price. oh well… good for those that got in.

    • I clicked pretty soon after it was posted and it said there was only 4 in stock at $13.31

      • I clicked after 10mins and it said 2 left and the price had already changed. They have an automated system that sees if itโ€™s suddenly getting hits and buys and raises the prices. Essentially an anti-Ozbargain system.

  • Out of curiosity OP (and anyone else who might know), how do you find these bargains? Is it a matter of setting up a specific product alert (or category if that's possible) with camelcamelcamel? Or is it a combination of frequently checking different sources such as ozbargain, price hipster, camelcamlecamel to find bargains?

I happened to be looking for a different game, it came up in the ads, I checked price elsewhere to confirm bargain, and I came straight here to share. ๐Ÿ˜† so luck basically.

This looked awesome, can't believe I missed it, nothing left to do but throw myself into a vat of acid.
