You can't use paypal, the deal is specifically for payment online or in-store using CC linked to CR account.
@nepalesesquirrel: I used Paypal linked to MC and it tracked at 20%. Although it only tracked the first of my 6 transactions and I did click out reach time.

Firefox has super low privacy settings. Disabled dont-track-me, cookie policies are lax, no ad-block, etc. CW extension won't activate.
Chrome has ad-block, dont-track-me, block 3rd party cookies, etc, activates and tracks fine within minutes.
