    Doesn’t get rained on under the seat, but I found without a rear mudguard mine would get very wet including contents, and the water would pool in the bag keeping the contents wet.

  Hard to tell from the picture but is that loop hole on the back of the saddle designed to accommodate a clip-on light ?

    Unfortunately not - it's just the rubber logo of the brand on the back. It also has a reflective tape stitched across for better visbility though.

  This bag is good value and I recommend for road. The mount saves the seat post getting run marks. It is small, approx 350ml. You might find the tyre lovers useful but I didn’t. I put too much in it and had to resew some stitching. Easy to remove so bag doesn’t get wet when washing bike.

  I have one of these guys other saddle bags from a previous deal. I prefer very small and very discrete saddle bags. I also have 4 or 5 other saddle bags I've collected along the way over the years and the ASG one is as waterproof as any of the others I have.

  If the roads are wet I use an 'Ass Saver' https://ass-savers.com/ mudguard that clips onto the saddle rails. Ass Savers can be picked up cheap on all the regular shopping sites, not worth buying on their own as shipping will be more than the item but next time you buy something else, add an ass saver to the order.
