It's funny how many Aussie retailers online are doing that now….. Harvey Norman is causing me problems atm. You'd think they'd try their best to make every effort at this time…. Especially when it's not Australia Post causing the delay.
When the store is closed you can't try the clothes, so the returns process should be better, not worse.
And Jobkeeper helps them move their shop staff to the warehouse to do all the extra onlines processing (in theory at least).
It doesn't make sense.
Hardly have sympathy when they aren't making the effort. They should be putting every effort into online, not removing contact options.
Meanwhile Amazon refunded me within a day of contact after a parcel had not arrived after 2-3 weeks, ironically showed up the following day…
I highly doubt these Aussie retailers are run off their feet….
Check out the Chinos for $79. Good quality and worth the price. Bought one after seeing a colleague wearing them. He said recommended and you won’t regret it. Just measure yourself correctly so you don’t have any shenanigans like up above.
On my shopping cart page it reflects the current price, and another price in green as the extra 40% off. Once I go to pay the price is the normal sale price. Anyone know what's going on?
I used to really like the clothes at Saba, but since the lockdown they don't respond to customer enquiries at all. Their phone line and chatbot are turned off and they don't reply to e-mails. Have been waiting over 6 weeks for a refund of a return which was tracked to their door.
Seems like they are about to go bust. Use Paypal for extra protection if you really must buy anything.
