25% off Everything (Includes Clearance, Excludes Sale) @ Repco

STMATESRATES

This is apparently exclusive to Sydney Tools newsletter subscribers, so don't know if its targeted, but i don't see how it could be. Bought some clearance items, so seems to include those. Does not include sale items.

Redeem at Repco Instore + online.

Repco Subscribers received a 25% off Selected Range @ Sydney Tools email.

    Coupon Code: REPCO

    • Got the same

  • Perfect timing! Cheers

  • No, not targeted, I'm part of Repco membership and got the email too.

Tried it with something that’s on sale (jack) but didn’t work. Worked for other stuff not on sale though.

  • +1

Is this for buying stuff from repco or sydney tools?

    • +1

      from Repco

    • +3

The first comment shows there are two promos, one at Sydney Tools and one at Repco.

  • -1

    Didn't work on sale item…

    • +6

      Read the description mate

  • Anyone have comments on either Repco's or MotorTech's carb & throttle cleaner?

    • +1

I use motortech and it does the job. I always wait until they have 4 for 10.

      • TIL. probably gonna wait for that then, thanks

  • How about Repco batteries? anyone have experience

    • +6

      They're rebranded Century batteries.

    • 40 month warranty looks good to me. Bought one.

  • Where's all the stock for their tool chest trolleys? I can't find any locations with stock or get delivery option enabled?

  • +16

Wow, the prices just jacked up 10% while I was browsing. Tried to add a part to the cart and refreshed the page and bang. The price jumped from $182 to $196.

  • Thanks for the post!

I've been meaning to buy a car polisher. Anyone know which of these two would be best? https://www.repco.com.au/en/car-care-panel/power-cleaning/po… v https://www.supercheapauto.com.au/p/toolpro-toolpro-polisher…

    • +2

      No prob :)

I have this polisher from SCA https://www.supercheapauto.com.au/p/toolpro-toolpro-dual-act… and its pretty damn good to me, although i'm no long time detailer so.. shrugs

The mechpro one looks like a good bet for the price you could get it for. just my two cents

    • Mechpro has a better one https://www.repco.com.au/en/car-care-panel/power-cleaning/po…
Supercheapauto is under maintenance during the time of my post

    • +3

On is dual action and one isn't. Basically a dual action is safer to use on your paint, esp if you aren't experienced in polishing

    • Depends what you're trying to achieve. If it's just to quickly coat your car with wax, the toolpro one is fine. If you're trying to do any paint correction, it's useless. You'll want a proper dual action polisher for that, like the repco one. Personally, I have this one from Mothers (https://automotivesuperstore.com.au/mothers-65waxpro), and find it really good for reasonable levels of paint correction, which I use with Meguiars products (usually the detailer range).

  • Been waiting for a sale to buy oil. Thanks OP

  • +1

Bought 4 Repco wiper blades for $9.28. Good post OP.

  • Stopped working I think

  • +10

Even though it says "25% OFF Everything", it isn't actually off everything.
Almost all in stock (non clearannce) items I added to my cart, report "Product is excluded from the coupon discount" when I go to checkout.

    • +5

They've done something since. Sneaky Repco.

    • Same. I just added $500 worth of full priced items and the code is invalid at checkout.

  • been waiting for a good price on a battery. Thanks OP

  • Awesome - thanks OP!

  • Any of their hose reels worth getting? (Water)

  • +1

Upvoted but still best to compare.

    Example:
Penrite HSPO Power Steering Fluid 1L, $31.95 down to $24.74 at Repco
Normal prices at Sparesbox = $21.95

    • Yep i always double check on Google but if there’s only a couple of bucks difference I’ll try and support the bricks and mortar stores first …

  • +1

Clearance item I tried to purchase, "Product is excluded from the coupon discount".

  • I avoid Repco as I avoid Covod-19.

Think most people know what REPCO means.

    • REplacement Parts COmpany?

      • Not really.

        Actually not even close.

        • Still can’t figure it out then.

          • +1

@stickyfingers: Rip Every Poor (profanity) Off - according to my old man lmao

      • TIL.

  • Doesn't work on this, this or this

    • The second two are sale items so are excluded. But I agree about the first one.

  • the deal works in sydney tools, just got something in store with 25% discount applied.

  • Thanks for this. I needed a couple of batteries and this was probably the only week they weren't on sale, this code saved me some cash :)

    • I had to buy a battery I think last week? as mine died and i needed a new one the spot, paid full price. Shit like this makes my inner ozbargainer die a little inside lol

    • Same. Mine's been sounding weak and is a few years old so I've been keeping an eye on the sales. Most sales exclude batteries. This was excellent.
