How deep do you want them to go?
I'd be keen for a tutorial explaining fashion set ups, and in depth on lighting mostly.
YouTube is generally fantastic (if you watch the right people) for obtaining a base understanding of all the most fundamental principles.
Specifically on lighting, there are plenty of videos explaining how best to understand the practical skills when using natural and artificial lighting.
Parker Walbeck has an excellent short video explaining all the most common lighting principles, he's focusing on video work however the information can be applied to almost anything relating to lighting (cinematography, photography etc)
It would be interesting to see how much in depth these free courses would go into.
