  There have been other great first "month" prepaid offers lately.

  Ongoing cost of this after first 28 days ($10/28d) with 1GB is same as ongoing cost for 2GB with Amaysim ($5 for first 28d).

    Lyca uses Telstras network I guess. Amaysim on optus.

  These $1 sims would be handy for porting into Optus/Telstra deals instead of $2 sim cards. Saves a buck.

    Those "$2" sims are actually free :)
    Now that saves a buck.

  I lost my network last week - called Lyca they said buy a new SIM pack & call us. What if I was overseas & couldn't buy a new sim. I have never had this sim dying issue with any provider in last 20 years. Moved on to Boost Mobile- so much better reception.
