    Is that… cheap?

  • What is special about these? I know lots of people like them
    Thanks

They are high density protein (and energy), relatively healthy, vegan and easy to stash in your pockets so you can eat them on the job with ease.

what if there is no job

Eat them at home while watching porn

Thanks. For some as yet not understood reason, I thought these were chocolate bars. Sounds good.

I used to eat these on my long runs/rides. Now I just make my own, they are usually between $2.5-$3.00, so this deal is pretty good.

Calling these high density protein is a bit stretching it though. They are carb/energy bar 44g carb/68g total. A single bar is already twice the allowance per day for a keto diet for reference. They do taste good because of the added sugar though.
For something healthier I'd recommend the Quest bars which are on sale on both Amazon and Woolies. They don't taste as good but they do provide little less (~200kcal vs 250kcal) energy on much lower (4g) carb/1g sugar. More expensive at $2 vs $1.5 per bar though. Both have their use and I actually stash both at home, car and work.

For those that don't have Amazon Prime, Woolies are currently selling these for $1.50 each (same price). You also have the choice of up to 4 flavours (local stock dependent).

owww man! I'm gonna be spending big at Woolworths this week!

      • That's good. I think there's some sort of status points deal with qantas going. Might as well if it's a good price.

    • I excitedly told my wife about this deal, she shot me down with "it's the same price at Woolies".

Why you do me like this, Ozbargain?

  • Out of stock, but mint chocolate chip is available at the same price.

  • Crunchy peanut butter is the best flavour. Like protein balls, they're something tasty to reach for when you want a snack that isn't quite as bad for you as commercial biscuits or muffins.

Grr, out of stock. But I ordered 3 packs. Might place a second order for another 3.
