    Yep. I usually get these blackmores for more vitamin C but some people swear by the horseradish ones who have hay fever and stuff I think.

    Look at the ingredients. 125mg C vs 500mg of C for example.
    Horseradish 500mg vs 2000mg
    Garlic 300mg vs 1200mg.
