  • Bookings are essential and subject to availability

and when you call to make a booking, do they always say they are full ???

You need to be smart(er) about this and don't tell them you have a voucher, try and get the booking as if you are a full paying customer and don't volunteer that you have the coupon unless asked about it.

In my experience as an ex coupon junkie and IMHO I find if the terms state you have to mention the voucher when booking it is so they can note this and serve you less - Bombay Bliss has this mastered into an art form. And I advise against even purchasing any coupons that state you have to book via e-mail, voicemail as again in my experience they are scam businesses hoping to get the money from the coupon site before you've even had a chance to realised you & the coupon site have been flecced. Because of this I find the coupon sites are harder to deal with now to get a refund if you have any issues with redeeming the coupon - at first they were raking the money in and were happy to refund to keep customer satisfaction high, but now that they have started to loose a very small percentage here and there, they try to keep everything they can get there hands on.

      • I normally mention the voucher at the check out.. so yeah, it's definitely the way to go to get better quality and service from the merchants..

      • that's why i mainly use the Entertainment Book… No need to present the voucher until you finish your meal and ask for the bill… That way it's too late to get inferior food and service… :P

This place doesn't do very good food. Used to work at Springwood and we would travel afar to get decent indian food rather than go there.

the term 'mouth watering' seems to be a pre-requisite when it comes to advertising food deals these days… makes me feel inadequate if my mouth wasn't overflowing with saliva when eating
