I got 12 refund emails for 2 orders..
At least they are more proactive compared to T2. Bought some tea, cancelled my item and no refunds. Lucky I paid through PayPal.
At least its a corporate announcement somewhere rather than relying on the individual sales person to tell me something is not available, or having the sales person push a backorder or alternative product on me.
