Weber needs holes in the roasting tray. You can DIY of course.
Depends on the roasting rack I guess. I find the convection trays handy but you can easily MYO with just plain tin foil. Weber seem to have updated all their videos now but i found that ol' mate uploaded an older copy here (https://youtu.be/RFpgQWfPtEI?t=38) which shows Weber making their own out of plain foil.
