You can't angle it down - it will be flat mounted to the wall. Scope out the installation instructions found on the manufacturers website - full details about mounting.

Judging from the pictures on the site, you MIGHT be able to angle it down if you changed the positioning of the wall hooks and put a spacer in at the top of the TV. The image on the site demonstrates it in standard configuration angled up instead.
EDIT: Looking at the atdec site, it looks like it will be angled down slightly by default (by the width of the mount).
can u adjust the tv position from left to right, once it is mounted?
also, don't most manufacturers recommend a distance greater than 16mm so that the tv doesn't become too hot?
You can't move it left or right - it will be fixed. Just think of it as a picture hanging on the wall. I have no idea what most manufacturers recommend for a TV.

with that glass or plastic panel… wont it block your cables? like hdmi and stuff?
The plastic panel shown in the picture is merely an example of how your TV would hook up. It is not included.

Decent price, but I wouldn't trust a cable with my tv. Too many points that system could fail and drop the tv, partially or fully.
Same, it looks like a cool idea but it's a leap of faith I'm not brave enough to be taking!
I use the similar Samsung system for our 46" Samsung LED. It cost a lot-lot more than $29.95
These ultra-slim mounts look great when in place.
Samsung system is better in quality. They use all metal construction in the critical part (load bearing parts), while this one use unspecified type of polymer. You wouldn't want to put too much trust on the polymer material, especially exposed to constant heat of the display panel.
If this mounting system used the same material as Samsung mount, I will definitely buy it.

will this mount a 42" Panasonic Plasma into a plasterboard wall??
also, can you angle it down? thinking of putting it at the end of my bed but since it will need to be a bit higher, would like it facing down a bit for comfortable viewing.
