Really worthwhile and thorough system cleanup/repair program (along with CCleaner and JV Power Tools) but I do wish it wouldn't wrap itself around the operating system quite so much. Even with active monitoring disabled, it still seems to take up residence with a number of background processes.
So intrusive is it that I've actually taken to installing it when needed, and uninstalling it straight after.
I agree with this; from my experience, the 2009 version was the most well rounded and least intrusive, so I've left that installed despite trying all the new versions.
I agree with what you guys have said. I usually do manual tweaks & system optimization but if you prefer GUI, have a look at IOBit Toolbox v1.2. Portable. The "System Control" section is VERY similar to TuneUp and it does a decent job.
