Helping our customers stay connected during COVID-19 with the $10 Stay Connected Cap Plan.
We know some of our customers are experiencing financial difficulties right now. To ensure these customers stay connected with family and friends during COVID-19, we've launched our $10 Stay Connected Cap Plan. We've developed this plan specifically for customers on a postpaid mobile plan who are experiencing temporary financial difficulties due to the impacts of COVID-19. With this plan, you'll get unlimited standard national calls and texts, as well as data capped at 3GB per month - so you'll never go over your data allowance. Once you’ve applied and been approved, your current plan fees and inclusions will be paused and we’ll switch you over to the $10 Stay Connected Cap Plan for up to 3 months. If you are currently on a mobile payment plan or accessories payment plan, you'll need to continue paying your monthly repayments.
Right now, this plan will be available for 3 months but we’re closely monitoring COVID-19 to see if further extension is needed.
