How it works
Step 1: Purchase an eligible small kitchen appliance, Ironing, Health and/or Grooming product over the nominated transaction value in a single transaction from www.thegoodguys.com.au from 6PM Wednesday 8th April (AEST) to Thursday 23rd April 2020 at 11.59pm (AEST) (“Promotion Period”),

Step 2: No claim required. Qualifying customers will receive the store credit via email by the 30th April 2020.

How long will it take to receive my store credit?

Eligible customers will be sent their Store Credit via email by the 30th April 2020.

If I make separate purchases will I receive multiple store credits?

No, A limit of One (1) credit issued will be issued per customer for this promotion. The customer will receive the highest store credit amount eligible on a single docket.

Can I use my store credit immediately on my next purchase?

No, store credits will be issued no later than the 30th April 2020. You will be able to use your store credit after you receive it via email.

How do I receive my store credit?

An email will be sent to the customers nominated email address with a store credit voucher number. Vouchers can be used on www.thegoodguys.com.au or at any local The Good Guys Store.

  I did not receive $20 the store credit from a previous promotion titled "Black Friday Sale! BONUS $20 Store Credit!". I contacted GG by email was not replied to so it's a neg from me.

  This promo looks to have reopened for the month of may, but unsure if it's worth it seeing as I haven't even received the last store credit from last month!
